These proteins are rather small (between 15 and 20kD), I would go for 12% or even 15% to improve the resolution in this low range of MW.

I agree with our colleague Dominique.

12-15 % is the best concentration for these size of proteins. I advise the 12% , because I imagine that you'll detect some loading of protein (a-tubulin, gapdh, actin) , which usually has more than 45 kDa.
