Having issues with semi dry transfer using a 2 buffer system (Cathode and Anode BIORAD).

I have had issues with my larger proteins not transferring to the membrane. I use the BIORAD PVDF membrane and the gel is a SDS-PAGE gel. I usually run the transfer at 11V for one hour. Larger proteins are still not transferring to the membrane ( Sypro Ruby stain on gel after transfer confirms this) I tried switching to the one buffer system but still haven't had any luck. Any ideas?

Use 18V for 1hr, which could be better transferred.
