CT26.CL25 is a carcinoma cell line derived from colon. This cell line has been stably transduced wtih the lacZ gene encoding the model tumor associated antigen (TAA), beta-galactosidase (beta-gal) and can be bought from ATCC.

Does anyone has experience with this cell line in vivo, and is it possibly to detect beta-gal on the surface with antibodies? (not in complex with MHC)
