Has anyone tried using http://www.ic50.tk/ to generate the IC50 of their test sample? If yes, what does the +/-(figure) indicate in the results?

It can’t be an SD or SEM because i only plotted the test sample concentration and the computed enzyme activity. Thank you.

It is the standard deviation from the non-linear least squares done by GNUPLOT. If the data do not fit well to a sigmoid curve, the uncertainty will be bigger than the refined value. Sorry for late reply, just saw this now.
