I have a request to measure IL2R on different cell lines by Flow Cytometry. Is this usually on the surface?

You could probably start from collecting information on anti-CD25 (IL-2Rα).
For example for humans:

Yes, after I sent this question, I looked up IL2R in BD's catalog and it looks like it's synonymous with CD25 so pretty straight-forward. Thank!
