Cell clumps (possibly stringy/stickiness cell lysis and DNA) are observed. They are hard, if not impossible, to break up after centrifiguation. I am suspecting high confluence and maybe too long of trypsinization may cause this. I also feel the HYPER technology and CellBIND surfaces on Corning vessels affects the dissociation. Curious if others have experienced similar issues and how they addressed it.

There are multiple reason why this could happen. The most common is high amount of cells in combination with high speed centrifugation with longer duration of time.
I had a similar issue, I reduced the number of cells by spliting them in 2 tubes and the problem was solved, I also try to reduce the speed of centrifugation.
