How to extract nuclei from cultured neurons?

Hello, I am currently differentiating mESCs into neurons. I would like to perform a subcellular fractionation, followed by nuclei lysis and IP. Does anyone have a protocol to suggest? I have never worked with neurons before and I don't know if protocols I use with other cell lines are suitable to this purpose.

Any suggestion is welcomed !
