Please note that you wrote to the ResearchGate community, not to the RG team. However, it is not worth writing to them. Users are expected to add missing publications themselves, because the RG team does not have the capacity to add millions of publications by hand. Before doing that, check whether there are publications by you not yet attached to your profile. There are at least two possibilities to find these:

1. Look at https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Samantha-Cornacchia/unconfirmed (visible only for you)

2. Search for the titles of your missing publications at https://www.researchgate.net/search.Search.html?query=&type=publication
