Has anyone experienced cell clumping after harvesting from Corning Hyperstacks or vessels with CellBIND/HYPER technology ?

Cell clumps (possibly stringy/stickiness cell lysis and DNA) are observed.  They are hard, if not impossible, to break up after centrifiguation.  I am suspecting high confluence and maybe too long...
