Has anyone generated Stable dCAS9 iPSC cells lines ? What are the methods that you have used? Have you tried selection using a flurophore which can be determined using FACs and sorted thereafter? What percentage of positive cells have you obtained?

I am also looking at seeding single cells of iPSCs into a 96 well plate after the sort. What matrix have you used? Have you used rock inhibitor or Revitacell to improve its cell survival?
