This isn't really a question. I think it'd be nice to share and collect and discuss different databases to explore gene expression. I found BioGPS (http://biogps.org/#goto=welcome) quite helpful, as it bundles very detailed expression data (tissues, cells and many more) with gene/protein data and is therefore very helpful to quickly get an idea about a gene/protein's function that turned up in a screen. It is quite human/mouse centric, so for Drosophila I'd always recommend flybase.org. Feel free to try it or suggest databases you find more useful.
