I would like to work with well established acute myeloid leukemic cell lines overexpressing ABC-efflux transporters (e.g. HL-60/VCR, HL-60/ADR etc). I contacted the original laboratories but it seems they do not have it anymore. I did not find any commercially available and I was wondering if anyone could have or know how to get it?Thank you very much in advanced.

Well you also can use FLT3 ITD positive human cell lines like MV4;11 or MOLM13, and also KG1 express ABC transporters... And these cell lines are stable and robust.
