Endotoxin LAL test, what could be the most probable cause when I have CV% of PPC control out of limit in the same wells?

Hi all,

I have a question about an issue I see frequently when I perform the LAL test using kinetic cromogenic method.

Basically, I see a trend for specific wells in which I often obtain a CV% of the PPC out of my specification (
