Calculation of Endotoxin kinetic LAL test?

Hello, I am using BIOENDO kinetic LAL test with measurment on Multiscan Sky spectrophotometre. The problem is in the parameter setup - I can't setup onset OD parameter. Can I measure samples without it and use "time to measurment" in kinetic reduction to build standard curve?
