I am planning to use the strong immuno-suppressant cyclophosphamide for mouse injection and I have made the stock at 40 mg/ml in endotoxin free distilled water. Later offcourse I am going to dilute in 0.9% saline for mouse injection.
My question: is it okay if I freeze the master stock of cyclophosphamide (40 mg/ml) at -20 C for long term use?
Thanks Cuong Ha for your reply. On the specification sheet, they have mentioned that it can be freezed and this is the extent of information they have provided in context to storage.

Yes, it is okay to freeze the master stock of cyclophosphamide (40 mg/ml) at -20 degree C for long term use. I would suggest you aliquot the stock for one time use so that you avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
