Does rinsing a cuvette during measurement by UV Spectrometry needed if working on quantification of a compound say phytic acid in a triplicate run?

or we can empty the cuvette with the previous sample and tap the cuvette on a paper towel and continue with replicate 2 and 3 and finally rinse when using sample 2. A curious question in case of handing samples in order of 30.
