How do I evaluate this effect if it exists?

Hi Dmitry, as far as I know poly ic is a very potential TLR3 agonist. It will works well If JY has a decent expression of TLR3. Sometimes expression of TLR on immune system will increase when stimulated with agonist.

You can check the cytokine express level (ELISA kit) after stimulation.
