The first time I submitted an article to the journal "Software: Practice and Experience". It took a month and a half to make a decision. It didn't get to peer review.

The second submission took more than a year. The journal is "Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience". Again, it was rejected without review. In addition, the editorial office has stopped answering, so I didn't know how to withdraw the paper.

I have never encountered anything like this before. Is there anyone who has had a similar experience?
