Bonsoir, théoriquement le MCP-1 est un récepteur pour des fragment du complément et est exprimé essentiellement sur les monocytes, est ce que vos cellules PC9 font partie de système phagocytaire ou interviennent au cour d'une réponse inflammatoire?
n’empêche qu'il faut tester cet effet même si théoriquement non.!

I'm not familiar with this exact cell line, but I know that epithelial cells express CCR2, the primary receptor for CCL2. You might do a quick FACS analysis to see if your cells express the receptor, which I expect they will. Then you can do a simple chemotaxis assay or microscopy to see if they can respond to CCL2 by becoming polarized, calcium flux, etc, or even a western to see if chemotactic proteins are induced. If so, then I think it's pretty strong evidence that your PC9 cells can respond to the chemokine.
