Hi, I need your expertise. I need to know if interferon gamma has effects on DAUDI cells.
Thanks a lot
I would expect that it should be active on the cell line. Just treat for 10 minutes and look for phosphoSTAT1. Very easy and indicative if the cell has an active receptor.
Hi, thanks a lot.
Isolation and purification interferon gamma specific receptors were reported in 1980s

Interferon gamma shows almost the same pleotropic effects as other interferons in target cells .
I have murine B cells. I'd like to perform RNA-seq upon treatment. How much starting RNA is required to do it?Could someone shares a protocol? thanks in advance Simone
