Does Heating TMAH Solution at over 100 Deg C make it more concentrated?

I have AZ300 MIF Developer which contains at around 3% TMAH. If I heat the solution at 110 Deg Centigrade then water is supposed to start evaporating. Does it mean that, if I keep the solution at 110 Deg C, the solution will be more concentrated with TMAH?
