Does anyone knows some marker for the following non-classical secretion pathways:
lysosomal release; exosomal release; membrane blebbing (shedding); direct protein translocation; constitutive or regulated exocytosis??
I wanted to perform from released medium (or maybe cells) some qRT-PCRs or WB (or with some other methods?) for these secretion pathways to explain alpha synculein release related to autophagy.
Did anyone know some promising targets or markers which I could use.

I think that discriminating between the release of alpha-synuclein in a soluble form and release of this protein associated to a membrane fraction (ie, exosomes or blebbing) could be a good starting point.
