Using Enricher I can see that my gene set contains 235/3478 genes known to be targets of CEBPB via the Transfac/Jasper tab. Does anyone know where i could get the list of all the CEBPB genes so that i can specifically query additional data sets that I have for this gene network.

You should be able to download datasets from published ChIP-seq experiments and search them for binding sites.

I dont think my question was clear. Within Transfac is a list of genes downstream of CEBPB and the Transfac checks the list of genes that I upload to it againsts the CEBPB gene list it has and tells me which ones match. I want to find the full list that Transfac uses. Is it available anywhere ??
