Dear all,
does anyone give me teh best protocol to do a western blot to identify the 14.3.3 protein on cerebral fluid spinal? May I use directly the liquor or should I have to prepare the sample in some way before load the gel? Should I iuse the PVDF membrane or I can use the nitrocellulose membrane as well?
