This component of he kit was erroneously stored at -20 (instead of RT).
Tech support was no helpful, anybody experienced the same issue and tried to use it anyway?
The composition of the buffers is not known, so I do not know what to expect if I use it anyway.

Worst case some of the components will precipitate out so need to be redisolved by prolonged vortexing.

Are you aware of the composition of these buffers? I cannot find it anywhere in the spec sheets.
Given that RNA-Seq relies on in situ hybridization of cDNA.
The hybridization buffer will be some derivative of 1M NaCl, 100 mM potassium-phosphate buffer (pH 7.5), 0.1% Tween 20 and 20% formamide (or 5% ethanol).
Resuspension buffer will most likely be 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.5.
Wash buffer is probably 20 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 0.1% SDS, 1% Triton X-100, 2 mM EDTA, 150 mM NaCl.
