I was told that I should calculate the area under the curve of the integrate plot that the software provides me to draw the calibration curve, but its wierd .... because the main plot is current versus time. So the integrate plot would be Charge versus time. And thus I am confused as I dont know what does the area under such curve represent?

integrate the charge corresponding toeach concentration in the amperometric curve and plot it vs concentration. That will give you a calibration plot.
In the articles that Lukas has sent, they have included the current in the 20th sec or another time to draw the calibration curve.
This is while Siva and some other articles go for the charge.
When I draw the calibration curve based on each method the results are totally different. I dont know which one to apply???!!!

To construct a calibration plot for chronoamperometry, there are two ways to do it. Mostly the steady state current of each concentration are employed for construction or else integration of charge at certain time interval is followed. Integration of charge is the area under current vs time plot. Charge is the product of current and time. This you can get from the workstation itself. The software provides such facilities in built.
