we know that the analysis of pilot studies should be based on descriptive statistics and ideally not involve any inferential statistics (i.e., P values).
Based on this can I use Roc Curve in a pilot study?
I want to report the area under the curve and generate ROC curves, enabling the determination of the specificity and sensitivity of the biomarkers under investigation. but not sure as my study is the pilot study can I do this?
