What do you want to know about Mycoplasma ? If you want to detect Mycoplasma in cell cultures you can proceed as follows: make at least 2 cell passages in medium without gentamicin or fungisone. Penicillin is accepted.
For adherent cell lines allowed to grow for at least 48 h and after that fill the flask (T-25) with culture medium
Culture should not be trypsinized and the environment should not be changed prior to analysis
Direct culture in a liquid medium and agar CMM requires 2 weeks to detect mycoplasma this is the classical method. You can refer to the kits look at the link below
