I need to detect the fungus Trichoderma harzianum with a qPCR.

I know the strain (Trichoderma harzianum Rifai T22), but when I search the NCBI website for primer development I get stuck. When I did find a strain and let the program assemble primers, it isn't specific enough as alot of secondary DNA products will be produced of fungi also found at the roots of plants like Penicilium and Mycosphorella.

Can anyone give me some pointers or other databases where I might find the sequence of Trichoderma or some ideas of how to develop the specific primers.
