I take fractions from the column and some fractions have an oily fragment. I couldn't understand where is derived from.
The following issues should be checked carefully before the next injection. It is recommended that to prepare some more samples before the test and their results compare together.
1. Do correct vortex according to the type of the analyte in terms of the relevant time and then transfer the sample to new glass vial.
2. Use an appropriate absorbent matters to remove impurities in the analyte.

It is normal. Just continue running the column. At some point, the oily fraction will cease.
