Hi everyone.
I've been culturing OCILY3 and OCILY10 cells in RPMI1640 with 20% FBS, 10% FBS or in advance DMEM with 10% FBS (in all cases penicillin/streptomycin and glutamax were added) but in none of these conditions the cells grow well. Any help with recommendations to another protocol would be great.

Both of them should be cultured in 20% human serum AB not FBS.

we use IMDM with Glutamax, 10% HIFBS (PAA), 50µM beta-mercaptoethanol.
I use IMDM with 20% FCS, 1% p/s and OCI-LY3 with 50 uM beta-mercapthoethanol (not in OCI-LY10) . Culture = 2-3x a week about 1:3-1:4.
In my experience OCI-LY3 grows better in 6wells plates than in flasks

I use IMDM with 10% FBS and 1% pen-strep solution for OCI-LY10 cells and split 1:5 in every 3-4 days. Hope this helps.
