There is something called Eldon cards, they are based, in blood, coagulation, there are covered with four types of antibodies wich on exposure to a droplet of blood, Will agregate. They are not 100% accurate as the quality of the sample and the way iris applayed can yield negative orcondradictory results.

There are many kits for serotyping ABO-Rh (antisera).
