Before the quantification of RNA samples, I ran the standards twice and observed two different readings. 1st observations: Std 1 = 212.07 & Std 2 = 2278.50. 2nd observations: Std 1 = 149.24 & Std 2 = 1521.56. (Two different sets of reactions)

Is this normal that the qubit shows different standard values or what should be the right standard values? This will affect the accurate quantification of the RNA samples.
