Crispr/cas OR siRNA?

let's presume that i want to inactive an especial gene.... which technique is better ? CRISPR/Cas ? siRNA ?

why do you prefer it?

You can use both CRISPR and siRNA methods. You can use siRNA or shRNA if you need to downregulate your gene but if you want to have completely knock out then you have to use CRISPR method but also it depends on your cells and experiments that you want to do.

You cannot use miRNAs, because they are a class of non-coding RNA which is endogenously express in the cells
