I am performing statistical analysis of my research data by comparing the mean values by using Tukey HSD test. I got homogeneous group in both small and capital alphabets. This is because of large number of treatments in my study. Is this type of homogeneous group is acceptable for publication in any journal?

During Tukey HSD test, we got mean values with english alphabets. For example 3.02abc.
I review many paper in which scientist either use 'abc' and 'ABC'. But in my analysis, I got alphabets of both small and capital letters for example 3.02aBC.
I never see during the experience this mix with small and capital letter. Which programm did you use to calculate the Tukey HSD test?

I have check the effect of 8 treatments on 4 parameters at 11 time intervals. Each parameters with three replicates.
Treatments: SB1, SB2, SB3, SB4, SB5, SB6, SB7, SB8
Parameters: P1, P2, P3, P4
Time interval: D0, D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8, D9, D10
For me this something mistake when you put inside the information on the program to calculate the Tukey HSD test. I do not because I never used this program.
Is it necessary to put these alphabets in research articles with mean values? Or either we can submit the article without these alphabets?
Subhan Danish, thanks for sharing your interesting comment. Yes, you are right, I am facing this issue in Statistix 8.1 software. Sir, is this type of pattern acceptable for any journal, because I have not seen this pattern before in any paper.
