I have 1 liter calcium silicate solution and want to prepare ten different concentrations of the silicate to treat wheat plants under laboratory condition by soil and foliar application. Can anyone please help me for preparing the concentrations? And what are the best concentrations of calcium silicate for applying to the wheat plant under laboratory conditions?
Define what you would like to observe in plants. what are the limitations of the study? ie., duration and kind of plant spp. etc.

After knowing the concentration of Ca/Si in 1L solution you have, you can prepare your test solutions. See the link that may be useful for preparing different conc. of solutions.
