Hi, I am using online IDT Codon optimization tool (http://www.idtdna.com/CodonOpt) for Pichia pastoris but every time it changes the sequence of optimized DNA for the same input sequence which is strange. So, em doubtful about this tool. Can anyone recommend some reliable codon-optimizing tool? Or if someone has authentic table for rare codons of Pichia pastoris then please share. Thank you.
