I am curious to know if we can use the ICP grade standards (https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/catalog/product/mm/109492?lang=en®ion=IN) for ICP-MS application (https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/catalog/product/mm/109498?lang=en®ion=IN).
Also suggest if we can use the HPLC grade water for dilution of ICP-MS samples?

This really depends on what your needs are (e.g. detection limit). Both sources are in dilute nitric matrix, which should be fine but the ICP-MS standard includes 30 elements rather than 24, which may not matter to you if you don't require analysis of As, Ag, Hg, In, Rb, U, V. Also the MS standard is certified at 10 mg/l, whereas your 100 mg/l will need additional dilution, adding potential for contamination/error. The levels of your samples will determine how important this additional level of error may be. With regards to the HPLC water - it should be fine - what is the source? If you are using a Milli-Q type source (e.g. 18.2 MOhm), you would filter for HPLC but not for ICP. I would suggest running a set of blanks and set of low standards (e.g. 10 of each) to calculate the detection limit being achieve by the instrument.
I am agree with previous answer. I think MS grade water is good for dilution.

As I don't have the ICP-MS, I have to depend on somebody else for running samples. I will prepare the samples and give it to somebody for running. So, just curious if I should use ICP standards or straightaway go for ICP-MS standards.
Also, can we use MQ water directly for diluting samples. (I have Millipore Milli Q machine installed in my lab)
Dr. Hossain, please provide a link for MS grade water. I did not find it on Sigma or Thermo or Merck.
ICP standards gives certificates, and total assay of impurities, please checked. Generally total impurities are < 1ppm.
