You must have to use same solvent for making final dilutions for DPPH and for sample.

Dear Osama, it is difficult to dissolve Ascorbic acid in MeOH but at 100 degree, it dissolved. will it have any disadvantage on the assay??

and for negative control, i have used MeOH instead of antioxidant.

Try to use sonicator instead of heating which may affect on the compound. If you used different solvents to dissolve the samples and positive control, make plank solutions for each.

you can use different solvents. the main thing is they must be soluble, and you must keep the same conditions for the preparation of the negative control.
