If you have antibodies against those polysaccharides raised in house (commercially ordered) then yes, but dot-blot using a polysaccharide specific stain such as Periodic acid–Schiff (PAS), Alcian blue or Ruthenium Red would also help in confirmation as well as relative quantification as compared to standards.
