I want to do a simple enzymatic experiment to explore the hexokinase activity. Since my main objective is to check the rate of hexokinase inhibition by anticancer compounds, can I consider glucose 6 phosphates as an inhibitor?

Glucose-6-phosphate would inhibit hexokinase by feedback inhibition. Glucose analogs like D-Mannoheptulose or deoxy-glucose could also be used.

Does it mean that Glucose-6-phosphate would inhibit all the isoforms of hexokinase? Because in the latter studies I would like to focus more on isoform Hexokinase 2.
Glucose-6-phosphate is one of the products of the reaction, so it will act as a product inhibitor. Other possibilities for inhibitors can be found here, along with literature references:
