Niether it has membership to the Directory of Open Access Journal (DOAJ), Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association (OASPA) or International Association of Scientific, Technical and Medical Publishers (STM) not it has any contact information on it's website that strongly object it's authenticity.
As a general rule, I would not trust a journal that calls itself "World journal" and gives as its topic all of research in a group of disciplines. This means they attempt to cast their net as widely as possible, which means that they need to get as many authors as possible and they don't care who the authors are as long as they get their money.
More generally, journals soliciting authors are not journals you want to publish in.
This is a tough one. The journal “World Journal of Current Medical and Pharmaceutical Research (WJCMPR)” (https://wjcmpr.com/index.php/journal ) looks reasonably trustworthy and is relatively young (so no serious indexing yet):
-Real contact info
-Indexing info mentions no fake or misleading info
-Editorial board seems legit
-Papers have DOI assigned and received and accepted info (although the peer review times look somewhat short)
However, the publisher behind it “South Asian Academic Publications” looks a bit ‘shady’:
-Contact info 3-7, Dirisavancha, Kanigiri, Prakasam, Andhra Pradesh, India 523245 is also used by “Unique Pub International” (https://uniquepubinternational.com/contact-us.php ).
-Indeed, the connection between these is confirmed here https://uniquepubinternational.com/journals/
-The UPI journals have been either discontinued or are hardly attracting submissions, this makes you wonder how successful SAAP journals will be.
-If you scroll down here https://saap.org.in they show logos of notorious misleading metrics like DRJI, CiteFactor etc. (https://beallslist.net/misleading-metrics/ ). This is not a trustworthy sign
So, have a good look yourself since it is not completely straightforward. As indicated by Jochen Glaser the title itself is somewhat pompous “World”… (wow) and “current medical AND pharmaceutical” sounds suspiciously broad.
The comment by Jochen Glaser is a good starting point: if it has "world" as the starting name, it will not be taken seriously, so even if they would try to operate seriously, any publication submitted to a journal with such a title will not be taken seriously by anyone and might bring you more disadvantages than advantages in the future.
I agree that using “world (journal)” is a bit of a warning sign when used in a journal title, but (unfortunately) it is not a general rule. There are reputable journals with it, see for example (see also enclosed file):
World Psychiatry (impact factor 79.683) https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/20515545
World Journal of Pediatrics (impact factor 9.186) https://www.springer.com/journal/12519
World Journal of Emergency Surgery (impact factor 8.165) https://wjes.biomedcentral.com
World Journal of Surgery (impact factor 3.282) https://www.springer.com/journal/268
(Of course) the journal in this question is not listed in the latest JCR report.
