I am working on inhibition of both alpha amylase and glucosidase by Methanolic extract and its sub fractions of EtoAc and Aqeous resin fraction. I have sub fractionated EtoAc fraction with resin column. I tested enzyme inhibition of both the Aqueous resin fraction and normal fractionation aqueous fractoin, EtoAc fraction and methanolic fraction.
Both Aqueous fraction showed more inhibition than EtoAc and MeOh. I am not able to find any litrature to justify my result.
Kindly guide me .

The justification is not achieved with references, when there is used absolute methods for empirical analysis.
The justification is achieved by the experimental data and their reproducibility. In order to proof the novelty of your observations, there is needed to carry out a reliable mass spectrometric study of the both phases, providing unambiguous quantitative and structural evidences of your analytes, thus justifying your claims.

The application of this our approach and innovative model formulas to quantitative and 3D structural analysis of analytes in mixture shows coefficients of linear correlations between our theory and the experiment at pg.(mL)-1 and ng.(L)-1 concentrations up to /r/ = 1. Therefore, our approach is exact in chemometric terms.
You should bear in mind that we have developed it aiming at achieveing the so-called ''legislation accuracy;'' or the accuracy which is accepted from the corresponding Legislation Authorities, which operate with absolute accuracy of the properties of the physical evidences, which is higher that the so-called 'academic accuracy'' for Scientific purposes. Therefore, when your claims are based on methods providing absolute reliability of your experimental results, you do not need additional references from the literature for justification.

P.S. I am apologizing a lot of, but if you do not want to provide your photo, at minimum there is needed to provide information about your gender, because of for people from our geographic regions, there is difficult to determine your gender only on the base on your name.
What you have to justify in this case is what kind of compound that is water-related is giving that higher inhibition of the enzymes.
