I performed several glucose tolerance tests (GTT) to assess glucose tolerance in mutant mice compared to WT mice. Each test was done on 5-6 mutant mice and 5-6 WT mice at the same time. All these GTT were done at different days on different mice. All the GTT were done on mice of same sex, same age, fed the same diet, fasted for the same period of time (6h), injected with the same dose of glucose (1g/kg).
In these conditions, would you put the data of all GTT together to increase the number of individuals and get better statistics?

I assume you are asking should you combine data for all the WT mice and separately all the mutant mice. You question is something like: do mutants have the same glucose tolerance as WT mice? You can certainly combine the data for all the mice in each group and then compare the two groups. In addition since you looked at different days ou can plot the data to see if there is any time factor apparent. But since the number of mice of each type are the same on each day the time should not be important.

I think it is great to have these sort of assays repeated several times like you did. In my opinion, you can combine your data since the age of mice are similar and your protocol was exactly the same. Best
