I have performed a glucose tolerance test (GTT) on mutant vs WT mice and I have no statistical difference in glucose levels (mg/dL) during the test between the mutant and WT mice, and no statistical difference at time 0 (fasting glycemia). I tried to represent the glucose levels as percent of time 0, and I set to 0% the glucose levels at time 0, and there I obtained statistical difference between mutant and WT mice at all time points.
What do you think of these results? Would you represent a graph of GTT with glucose levels as percent of time 0?

I believe presenting the data as absolute glucose values it most informative to readers (shows you exactly what glucose values were attained) but for the purpose of statistics you should normalize to time zero.

Also not time zero should be 100%, not 0%.
GTT absolute values. Ty to calculate the area under the curve.
ITT percentage of initial blood glucose levels.
