So far I remember, before going to the in vitro culture of the pituitary under different treatment conditions, you should think of the pituitary gland whether to collect it from the wild or cultivated; from carnivorous, omnivorous or herbivorous; from riverine or marine; or from coldwater or warm water?

I want to collect the pituitary gland of catfish in normal laboratory condition after fully acclimatized for the in vitro experiment.
