I´m running PCR testing of HPV in cervical smears. At the moment I´m using BS-GP5+/6+ primers (Schmitt. et al. 2008), but I would also like to test SPF10 primers, because I have some problems with BS-GP5+/6+ testing. But I cannot find sequnces of SPF10 primers... only it´s precursor SPF1/2 primers. I would appreciate if anybody could help me. Thanks.

SPF10 is the name of the general primers originally described in the paper :
" Novel Short-Fragment PCR Assay for Highly Sensitive Broad-Spectrum Detection of Anogenital Human Papillomaviruses ", Kleter et al., AJP December 1998, Vol. 153, No. 6.
There is a modified version of these primers proposed by Payan et al., 2007 " Human Papillomavirus Quantification in Urine and Cervical Samples by Using the Mx4000 and LightCycler General Real-Time PCR Systems ", JOURNAL OF CLINICAL MICROBIOLOGY, Mar. 2007, p. 897–901.
In both papers, the sequences are reported.
