Which fisheye lens should I use for a hemispherical imaging by Nikon 3100 (or 3300) using GLA software afterwards to get this 180° circle image (att.)? Do I need a circular fisheye or any other important parameter for my lens? I am afraid of camera/lens/software compatibility.

Look with a normal camera at a reflecting sphere above. This gives a perfect panoramic view.Decoding software is available on the Internet.
Aha, thanks for your suggestion, Dieter Palme. I didn´t notice that these decoding softwares exist. I will try if e.g. Hugin-Panorama works fine for me.
Before deciding which fisheye lens should be used, it is important to determine first:
What is illumination level of the scenery?
What is the most important, the precise locus of the objects or their sharpness?
What is the resolution of the image and its size and so is the maximum image size that the used software can handle?
If the objects are moving, In what speed?
If the objects are static, why not to use fisheye panorama applications?
If DSP is applied to the image, does this complies with the DSP done by the panorama software?
If your application is related to astronomy, a professional short focus will be needed.
