I am trying to do Plant Tissue Culture with Bavistin, Benomyl and PPM to remove Endophytic Fungi. I used Bavistin, Benomyl at 200 mg/L and Soaking time is 1h and PPM at 1mg/L in culture medium, But I could not remove Endophytic Fungus. Kindly give some suggestions to remove endophytic fungi.

You can try with some systemic fungicide or select disease free seeds grow invitro and use those tissues for endophyte isolation
My experience with tissue culture of the two jute species, Corchorus olitorius and C. capsularis prompts me to say that the endophytic fungi cannot be removed. You need to start all over again.with fresh material. Please choose healthy plants which do no show any external sign of endophytic fungi. What is irritating is that such fungi appear all of a sudden in the apparently healthy callus..

Better to use healthy seed , first grow it in sterile condition then use their part as explant for tissue culture. I think this is best way.
No way to get rid of them. Reset your work after thorough cleaning and wipe desinfection all your equipment, the lab and replacement of the reagents.
Use materials geminated from sterilized seeds. Sterilize your medium and hood properly. Change 'filters' (for the airflow) of the hood regularly. Calibrate your hood from a certified company periodically.
Use antimicrobial supplement from HIMEDIA it will surely help you out.
