Are there any standards/ limits for respiratory deposition dose like this much microgram of Pm 2.5 is applicable for 1 hr exposure/ if any....I read many papers but I couldn't find it...Kindly help me to know about this.
Beside acute gout arthritis, hyperuricemia can cause destruction of the affected joint by chronic deposition of uric acid crystals and nephrolithiasis by uric acid stones; and kidney disease.
* Exposure doses completely vary depending on the region from where the PM 2.5 particles are collected (Low, moderate and highly polluted regions) or based on its compositional analysis.
* Similarly, are you looking for human exposure or mice? If mice then deposition would depend on the route of exposure (Intranasal, Inhalational, Instillation).
